Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Adam Chodos is the managing member of Chodos & Associates LLC, a private law firm that helps families and businesses with asset protection, estate planning, taxation, wealth consulting, and business planning and succession. The firm serves as special counsel for many professional firms. The firm is also experienced in paymaster services with years of experience in transactions, including investment grade diamonds, fine art, and collectibles. Previously Adam Chodos served as an attorney at Brown & Wood LLP, within the corporate department guiding businesses on contractual issues, mergers and acquisitions, deal structure and taxation.

Adam Chodos attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and finance and graduated summa cum laude. He then earned a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, where he graduated with high honors. He maintains memberships with the New York, Connecticut, and Florida bar associations as well as the American Bar Association.
